Founder & Chief Investment Officer
James founded Primrose Capital in 2002 after 15 years at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital. He oversees the firm's overall investment strategy and chairs the Investment Committee.
Sarah Chen
Managing Director, Private Equity
Sarah joined in 2006 and leads the private equity practice. She has overseen over 40 direct investments across Europe and North America, with a focus on business services and healthcare.
Oliver Pemberton
Head of Fixed Income
Oliver brings 20 years of fixed income experience from Deutsche Bank and PIMCO. He manages the firm's bond portfolios with a focus on credit quality and duration management.
